What size is the dome?

The giometric igloo is 3.6m wide and 2.2m high.


What size is the inflatable igloo?

The inflatable igloos have a 5m diametre (4.4m internal diametre) and are 3m high.


How many people can fit in the giometric dome?

8 people can sit at a round table comfortably or 10 people standing.


How many people can fit in the inflatable igloo?

14 people can sit at a table and 15-20 people standing.


Does the inflatable igloo require a constant air supply?



When will the inflatable igloos be available to hire?

We are currently taking bookings for the inflatable igloos for February 2021.  The domes are available to rent NOW.


How long can I hire the dome or igloo for?

Our igloos are available to hire for a period of 24 hours.  Discounts are available if you choose to hire our igloos for additional days.


Do you offer party packages?

We offer a range of party packages to suit your needs from heating, flooring, chairs and tables to table linen, crockery and bluetooth speakeers. Please see our range of packages for more details.


Do you deliver and setup?

All our igloos are delivered and setup for you.


Are you insured?

Yes we have a 1 million public liability cover.


Who is liable for damages?

As per our agreement, the hirer will be held liable for damages caused during the hire period. Please read our terms and conditions.


Can we hire more than one igloo?

Yes, it is possible to hire more than one igloo, however please note that the igloos cannot be joined toghether.


What essentials do I need to hire the dome or igloo?

You would need a minimum clear space of 4 square metres to hire the dome,  a socket for any lighting which is no less than 20 metres away from a supply. A side entrance to your garden is preferrable but not essential.  The domes and igloos need to be setup on a flat surface (preferrably paving or decking) or a flat grass surface.  It is your responsibility to be sure that the igloo can fit. We cannot take any responsibility for igloos not being able to fit on the day we deliver and setup.


For the inflatable igloos, a clear minimum space of 5,5 square metres is required to setup. Please note that it is imperative to ensure that any sharp plants or schrubs are nowhere near the inflable domes as this can cause damage to the igloo.


How do you secure the igloos?

The igloos are secured by sand bags. 


Can the igloo be hired all year round?

Yes they can, however, please note that they are not permanent structures and can be damaged in severe wind conditions. 


How long does it take to install the igloos?

The giometric igloo takes approximately 2 hours to install and the inflatable igloo takes 30 minutes to install.


Do you charge for delivery?

Delivery is free within a 10 mile radius from ME4


Can I use candles or naked flames in the igloo?

NO. Please note that you are only allowed to use battery operated candles in the tents. There is also a STRICTLY NO SMOKING POLICY for any of our igloos as this can cause damage to the igloos. We do offer a range of battery operated candles which are available to hire.


Do I have to pay a security deposit?

Yes, we do require a security deposit when hiring the igloos. However, if there is no damage to the igloo, this is fully refundable. Refunds take 2 working days after the igloo is collected.


Do I need to pay a deposit to secure a booking?

We require a 25% non refundable depostit to secure a booking and the balance to be paid 1 week prior to the event. In the event of bookings made during COVID, we are able to change the date of your booking at no extra cost or provide a full refund if you are unable to keep the booking due to COVID governemnt restrictions ONLY. This offers our customers peace of mind when making a booking.
