Wow Bell Tents
Create an intimate moment with friends and family in one of our 5m bell tent. Our bell tent can seat up to 16 people and sleep 6.
We can supply everything from flooring, cushions, tables, blankets, balloons and lighting. Furthermore, if you have a particular theme in mind, we can tailor the decor to your chosen theme.
Picnic tables and seating can also be provided at an extra cost.
Other items we can provide include: heating, tables,cake plinths, uplighters, neon signs, table centerpieces, linen, cutlery, crockery, glassware, cushions, backdrops, red carpets and dessert tables. Our packages start from as low as £350.

Wow Pumpkin Tent
Our pumpkin tent has a 4m diametre and can seat up to 14 people and sleep 4. Our new pumpkin tent has a skylight feature and is great for those cosy nights. The tent can be decorated with greenery or balloons to create a relaxing enviroment. Our tents are great for both childrens and adults parties.

What space do I need for the dome or igloo?
For the dome you will need a flat, clear space of 4m x 4m.
For the 4m waterdrop tent, you will need a flat, clear space of 6m x 6m.
For the 5m bell tent, you will need a flat, clear space of 7m x 7m.
Both the waterdrop tent and bell tent use guy ropes to keep them up so its important to make allowances for these. We can on occasion, we can still pitch the tents if the garden in narrow and long but we will need to see a photo of the garden.
We can install the dome on paving preferrably but flat grass is also acceptable.
Are there any requirements?
Apart from the space requirements above, we would also prefer it if you have a side entrance to the outdoor space but if you don’t, please contact us to discuss as we may be able to find a solution. We will also require a power supply which is at up to 20m away from the dome or igloo.
Can you supply heating?
Yes, we can supply heating but this is an additional cost if not included in one of our .
Do you provide packages?
Yes, we do provide various packages to suit all budgets, please see the various packages on our website.
Which areas do you cover?
We cover Kent, London, Essex and Surrey.
Are there any items prohibited from use in the dome or igloo?
Yes, for the safety of guests and the domes, you cannot smoke or use any naked flames in any of our domes or igloos. Additionally, if flooring is not supplied then shoes must be taken off.
Do you do the installation?
Yes, we install and take down the domes and igloos. It is important that it is not dismantled by anyone but Labelle Events.
Do you have other items available for hire?
Yes, we have many items available. Please contact us for an updated list of all the items that we have available.
How long is the hire period?
The standard hire period is 24 hours however, this can be extended at an extra cost.
What if the weather is really bad?
Our domes and tents are waterproof. Health and safety key, and we want to ensure you have the safest and enjoyable experience when choosing us. However, on rare occasions, the weather, especially very windy weather may make it unpractical in which case we may have to change the date or time of the event. Please note that these occurrences are very rare.
How long does it take to set up?
It takes about 1.5 hours to set up the dome and 40 minutes to set up the bell tents. However please note that if you have opted for additional extras, this will take longer. Full setups can take up to 3 hours.
Can the domes and igloos be used in warm weather?
Our domes come with 2 windows and a door that can be left open. Our bell tents are made of natural breathable cotton and come with windows and a floor that can be detached.
Can I also hire the domes for kids parties?
Yes, certainly. Our domes and tents are very popular with themed kids parties and sleepover parties.
How can I book?
It is advisable that you book as soon as possible as domes and tents are very popular. To book with us, please contact to ensure that your date is available. We will then send you a quotation enquiry form which has all the details of all the extra that can be hired. Once you have made your selection, we will send you a quotation. Once you have decided to proceed with us, we will require an 25% non refundable deposit. The balace together with a redundable security deposit would need to be paide 2 weeks prior to the event.
Do you take a security deposit?
Yes, we take a security deposit on all our bookings. The deposit is dependent on what is hired and is fully refundable provided that there is no damage to any of our items.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel your booking, please contact us within 14 days.
Bookings made during the Covid –19 pandemic.
Should your event have to be cancelled due to government restrictions and imposed lockdowns we will allow you to change the date at no extra charge or provide you with a credit note for you to use for an alternative date. If you have paid in full, we will offer you a 75% refund. You will not be entitled to the 25% deposit if you choose not to book an alternative date or accept the credit note.
Are the domes and tents suitable to use in colder months?
Both can be used in winter and summer allowing you to create your own snug haven, and enjoy being outside all year! (please note that we recommend you do not leave the cover on your igloo in very windy conditions).
Are you insured?
Yes,we have public liability insurance. Documents are available on request.
